Or something may have happened in your life that has left you feeling distressed or confused. If any of this sounds like you, or if you just need to talk and be truly heard, I’m here for you.
Some of the issues I have extensive experience with include anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression, panic disorder and family issues.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can explore your issues and become empowered to live the most fulfilling, authentic life you can.
I am an integrative counsellor. I believe that there is no one type of therapy that fits all clients, and I will work with you to find what is right for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis. They are usually at the same time and on the same day each week, but I understand that this isn't always possible and I will endeavour to accommodate any changes due to childcare or work issues.
My aim is to make counselling accessible for anyone who may need it, regardless of their situation, so please do contact me if you have any worries about accessing counselling and we will work together to make it happen for you.
Session fees are £40 for daytime sessions and £60 for evening sessions. Discounts are available for students and those with a low income.
