Julia works as a COUNSELLOR with Adults, Couples, Families, Young People & Children, including to help with Relationships, Communication, Empowerment & Self Esteem.
Julia is able to work in a person-centred way, appropriate for each client.
The letters she is entitled to use after her name are: MASC (Ad. C.S.) which stand for
Member of Associated STRESS CONSULTANTS (Advanced Counselling Skills)
and includes working with families and children.
She has done Couples Counselling, and Mediation work (including between children & parents) and worked with special needs children (in schools), care leavers, and other young people (including running a youth forum).
Julia also gives online wellbeing, parenting, and relationship advice for Live.Guru.
Julia also does Stress Busting Workshops for Businesses, Meditation & Creativity Workshops with the public, and poetry & art workshops in schools.

Julia is also a LIFE COACH, aiming to help people plan ways to achieve their goals.
She often found that people were not sure what their goals might be, so she set up her own way of helping people identify these, and finds it extremely useful.
Her Certificate course via Newcastle College was written by well known Coach Fiona Harold.

Julia is now also a Nutritional Therapist, helping people to optimize health or alleviate symptoms.
