Here at Reach for Solace we offer emotional support, counselling & psychotherapy in a safe, caring environment with experienced & qualified therapists to help you find your balance.
We help people achieve a deeper understanding of themselves & their concerns. We offer confidential emotional support in a safe & caring space with a qualified & experienced therapist. Our therapists have a wealth of clinical experience working in the public and private sectors.
Our aim is that you feel understood, cared for and to work at a pace that feels right for you with the right therapist for you.

We are based in the Centre of Newcastle and have new premises in Dipton, County Durham. Ample parking is available and there are great transport links should you be travelling to us by bus or train.

We offer an optional FREE of charge confidential & commitment-free telephone conversation with one of our therapists. We also offer the initial face to face therapy session HALF PRICE where we can discuss what you can expect from therapy, find out more about you and what has brought you to reach out to Solace.
There is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and look at any concerns you may have in relation to coming for counselling.

All counselling sessions last 50 minutes
Prices per session are as follows:
Individual Counselling £39
Couples Counselling & Psychotherapy £49

We offer evening appointments until 9pm.
We offer Sunday appointments
We have a reception area with tea & coffee facilities
