Elizabeth Cappetta

I am a Cobham based psychotherapist and counsellor with over 15 years experience. I offer confidential and non judgemental short or long term therapy sessions. My training is in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and i have received further training in Imago relationship therapy, Eating Disorders work and Coherence Therapy (a short term psychotherapeutic model). My main areas of interest are stress, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.

My approach is very holistic as I am also a trained Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. I believe a healthy body creates healthy thoughts and emotions and so I always seek to find the root cause of any kind of issue I am presented with.
