Sharron Ansell MBACP Dip. Couns. is a qualified counsellor/therapist and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Qualified to be listed on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Certificate No: 049245. I qualified as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in 2005 after completing my BTEC Professional Development Diploma in Counselling at Braintree College, which was an accredited course by BACP. I use a psychodynamic approach to my work predominantly, but I am able to use integrative, humanistic, person centred and cognitive behavioural approaches to my work, as I believe the right approach should be adapted to meet the client's individual needs. With over 20 years experience working in mental health with substance misuse, people with drug and alcohol issues, anger, anxiety, terminal illness, loss, bereavement, phobia's, depression, addiction, abuse, trauma, relationship problems and many more...I offer short-term and long-term therapy to individuals in Sudbury and surrounding areas.
