My experience shows that using my professional experience and allowing my clients a warm and non judgmental space to explore their issues helps them to understand themselves and view their issues from another perspective and find a way forward.
I also offer counselling by telephone, online, face to face via Skype, or by text or exchange of email.
I draw elements from the person centred and psychodynamic approaches and cognitive behavioural techniques as I feel best appropriate. I respect the individuality of each person and tailor therapy to take account of their own uniqueness.
