Perhaps you want things to change. Or perhaps you want to feel better and happier in life. You might know what you would like to work on or you might just know you want something to change. We all have the ability to make change happen and help ourselves feel better, but might need some help and support along the way. Wanting change is the first part of making that change happen and counselling can help you feel listened to without judgement.
My role as counsellor is being the person alongside you on your journey, supporting you in understanding life challenges and linking those challenges to previous experiences. This can help you to learn new ways of being and to move on with your life, feeling stronger with improved wellbeing. I look forward to hearing from you.
Fee: £40 per 50 minute session.
Free initial 10 minute telephone conversation.
Thursday and Friday from 9am to 8pm on alternate weeks.
Saturday and Sunday by arrangement.
