Description:

Thank you for reading my profile.

If you're reading this you have probably already decided that there is something not quite right about your life. You may know what the problem is - bereavement or other loss, work stress, difficult relationships, anxiety, health problems - or you may have a more vague sense that something just isn't right. Whatever the issue, it can be transformative just to talk about it with someone who is empathic and non-judgemental.

I am a fully qualified and very experienced Person Centred counsellor. I aim to provide a safe environment in which to explore whatever is troubling you. I don't provide the answers or solutions as I believe those lie hidden within you. My aim is to help you shine a light on to the things that are holding you back or making you uncomfortable, so that you can make the decisions you want to make about your life, and on your terms.

If you want to discuss whether I might be able to help, email or ring for a chat. This doesn't commit you and it's important that you take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the counsellor you choose.

At the moment I am offering phone and online appointments via either Zoom or Whatsapp. I hope to restart face-to-face counselling when the Covid-19 situation is clearer.

Opening Times

Opening Times: Daytime and early evening appointments on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays

Location Information

Location/Directions Info: My practice is on Ballygate, near Barclays Bank. There is no parking on site, but free parking for 3 hours is available at Tesco (a few minutes walk), there is sometimes road parking further down Ballygate, and there are council car parks nearby.
