Are you struggling with anxiety, bereavement, low mood, relationship problems or low self esteem?
Maybe you have difficulties related to a diagnosis, surgery, a bereavement or other problem, that has impacted on your emotional well being? These sorts of events can really knock us, causing anxiety, high stress levels, poor sleep, and low mood.
I am a BACP registered counsellor, used to talking to people with a wide range of emotional issues. I am specialised in couple counselling, food addiction and other forms of eating distress, and working with clients, especially women, with health and health care related issues.
By talking things through with me, I can help you with all the common concerns which people may seek counselling for, including depression, anxiety and panic disorders, grief, bereavement, trauma and feelings of hopelessness or emptiness.
I offer you a calm quiet space so you can explore what's going on for you. We can work at your pace, I can offer long or short term work.
For more information about how I work, please visit my website at www.quietplacecounselling.org.uk
Appointment times are well spaced out so there is no chance of meeting other clients. I have availability afternoons and early evenings from Sunday late afternoon to Tuesday evenings.
I am also close to the Cheshire and Shropshire border with easy access to the towns of Crewe, Nantwich, Market Drayton and Loggerheads, and the villages of Madeley, Ashley, Audlem, Bridgemere, Woore, Wrinehill, Betley and Eccleshall all within easy reach. I am just 15 minutes' drive from junction 15 of the M6.
