Counselling for Me

Outdoors Counselling/Walk and Talk throughout Staffordshire,Stoke-on-Trent and Cheshire.
I offer home visit appointments and also Online counselling, provide either email or instant messaging support.

In a town where solace is difficult to come by then slow, mindful walking will help you find your way.

We can arrange to have an informal chat over the phone if you feel unsure or have any questions – without obligation on your part.  If you then decide you would like to meet , an appointment can be arranged usually within the same week.

Appointments are £30 an hour.
I work with young people aged 10-18 and adults.
I do offer creative sessions with art, sand tray, journaling, working with photographs or just talking. Whatever you feel will help you go through your own process.
