Positive Mindset Counselling

Welcome to Positive Mindset Counselling in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. We are two qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellors, registered with the BACP.

We are both integrative counsellors, which simply means we are trained in different approaches to counselling and therapy including person-centred therapy, C.B.T. and compassion focused therapy, this allows us to tailor our support to suit your individual needs in a way that is comfortable for you.

We offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about life and its challenges and difficulties.

We work with issues such as depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss, pre-bereavement and coping with illness, relationship problems and loneliness, men’s issues and  work stress.

The ethos of our work is to support you in a compassionate way, to develop your self-growth and empowerment, and enable you to look at how you can deal with life’s difficulties in a more positive way, bringing joy back to life.
