Abbey Therapy Practice

Abbey therapy practice is a small private practice, specialising in CBT, DBT and ACT to treat many anxiety disorders, depression and adiction.

The practice is this years What Clinic award winner for patient services, something we pride ouselves on and strive to achieve always. we are located close to Meersbrook park and within meters of Sloan Medical Centre on Chesterfield Road.

Our feedback is proof of the sucess we have achieved in gaining positive outcomes and happier more confident lives for our patients and their families.

We offer treatment for many disorders on a structured treatment plan, individual to all our patients and their needs, highly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

We also run group sessions for social anxiety workshops.

We work alongside many insurers, and other professionals on complex cases and legal proceedings.

We are also proud to support our NHS staff by offering discounts to our colleagues on treatment plans and sessions ( proof required)

We believe that therapy should be affordable for everyone and keep our costs as low as possible and offer concessions for certain benefits/students etc.
