I offer clients' a safe relationship in which to explore anything that is troubling them, feelings of upset and distress, problems with thoughts, relationships with others, or behaviour.
Maybe a sudden life crisis such as bereavement, job loss or lack of direction. Maybe life is just getting on top of you and you need someone to help crystallise your thoughts and feelings.
My counselling approach is an integration of Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is tailored to the client rather than the client having to fit into one mode of therapy.
