A little about me…

I’m Jane and I have over 18 years experience as a counsellor.
My aim as a counsellor is to provide a safe ,supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your concerns and move forward with clarity. Change isn’t complicated. However, I acknowledge the first step, which might be contacting a counsellor for the first time, takes courage.
During the initial assessment we can explore how counselling can help you.

We all have a unique life story which is why I adopt an integrated approach to therapy. By this I mean I draw on my experience so that I can tailor my approach to best suit your need, with respect and empathy .

Our therapeutic relationship will give you the confidence to express freely your concerns, feelings and behaviours so gaining a better understanding. I will help you to explore, identify and understand the possible causes of your difficulties and together we can develop ways of thinking and behaving so you can live your life more fully.
