I am a person-centred Counsellor based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

I am here to be alongside you when life is tough, it may be that you are able to pinpoint what’s troubling you or that you’ve been feeling that’s things could be better but are not sure quite how.

I offer a safe space to form a non-judgmental relationship so that you can bring whatever issues you need.

I am a member of the National Counselling Society, am fully insured, undertake continuing professional development and have regular supervision.
