I am an experienced and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working from my quiet consulting room based in Cleobury Mortimer near Kidderminster.
I offer calm, empathic and non-judgemental therapy to clients and use an integrative approach to assist clients who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioural issues.

I work with individuals, couples and families either at my Kidderminster practice or at client’s homes for those who are unable to travel.

I offer an initial assessment to all clients, giving you the opportunity to fully explore whether counselling is right for you before you book your first session.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I gained a BSc Hons degree in Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling along with a Higher National Diploma in Psychology & Cognitive Therapy from Oxford College. I hold graduate based registration with The British Psychological Society and am fully insured.

I have experience of counselling in a wide range of areas including Life Crisis, Bereavement, Relationship problems, Addiction, Low Self Esteem, Terminal Illness, Depression (incl Post & Antenatal), Panic Attacks, Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation and Anxiety. I undertake work for Employee Assistance Providers covering the Midlands areas, take referrals from Collaborative Law Firms and work as a Tutor on a Counselling Course.
I also provide Corporate Workshops tailored to your particular requirements, whether that be to focus on improved communication, emotional intelligence or motivation. Please call me for further details.
