What I offer
I offer a professional service from my private practice in Nottingham, in a relaxed, peaceful, and comfortable environment. My services include, individual short and long-term Integrative psychotherapy and counselling.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to be heard, and listened to for you talk about your behaviours, thoughts, and feelings with me.
I trust that the client-therapist relationship is an essential part of growth and change.
What I can help with
People come to counselling for different reasons. Some of the things I can help with are relationship problems, anxiety, depression, physical health challenges, and loss. Together we can look at what changes need to be made, and your goals for therapy.
I will help you to develop an awareness of the physiological and emotional effects you are experiencing.

Experience & Qualifications
I am an experienced psychotherapist who works to a high standard of professional ethics (SPTI, UKCP). I originally trained as a Humanistic Counsellor and hold a Bachelors (hons) degree.
I have completed a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and counselling at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI). My training is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I hold full accreditation as a psychotherapist with UKCP.
My formal qualifications include:
- Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy (SPTI, UKCP).
- Post Graduate Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy (SPTI, UKCP)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (SPTI, UKCP)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy (SPTI, UKCP)
- Post Graduate Foundation in Integrative Psychotherapy (SPTI, UKCP)
- BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling
I have prior experience in the health and social sector, and charitable organisations; offering counselling to children, young people, and adults.
I undertake personal therapy and clinical supervision of my work to ensure that I provide an effective, safe and ethical service.
Fees
I charge £55 for an assessment session, and £45 for consecutive 50 minute sessions.
I reserve concession places dependent on circumstances to committed clients, as can be discussed at assessment stage.
