JPF COUNSELLING

I am a fully qualified and registered therapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and offer professional Counselling to individuals across Northumberland and North Tyneside. I provide a safe, Non-judgemental and understanding environment in which you can safely begin self-understanding and self-development, as well as learning new strategies that enable a positive outcome to often difficult and complex issues and events we can all experience in our lives.

I work with any client over 16 and offer an Integrative approach with Person centred model as my core theoretical practice. Counselling can be helpful for many issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss and separation. However counselling can also allow you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself opening up possibilities for your future. I offer short term therapy of six to twelve sessions to deal with specific problems or longer term work where you will be able to explore issues in greater depth.
