Relationship counselling can help if you are feeling like you're going round and round with a particular problem. It can also help if you're worried that friends and family are tired of hearing about it. Or if it's affecting your emotional, physical, or working life.
Talking to a professional can help you process your thoughts and feelings. It can stop you feeling stuck in a continuous loop of feelings such as resentment, anger, sadness, or rejection. Or even uncertainty, anxiety, abandonment, betrayal, neglect, or suspicion. Asking for help is the first, often difficult, step towards understanding and unpicking your experiences. Discussing these in a confidential environment, at your own pace with an empathic, non judgemental practitioner could help you find your way through your distress. You may be able to start to find solutions and new hope for the future.
