Contacting a therapist might seem daunting at first but my aim is to help you make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings in a sensitive and non-judgemental way. Talking about your problems in confidence can feel a relief and help you feel less alone and overwhelmed.

On rare occasions, I do make home visits where clients have agoraphobia, social anxieties, fear however, locality, times, fees, et cetera can be discussed telephonically or by email.

I do offer concessions if needed which can be discussed at the assessment however, if the fees become an issue during therapy, please do not hesitate to talk about it with me.

My concerns are that the therapeutic process continues through therapy and I would not want my client to cease therapy because of financial constraints.   There are times where I will be able to offer low-cost counselling too

My practice is located close to Marske by the Sea and Saltburn by the Sea, within easy reach of New Marske, Redcar and Cleveland, and North Yorkshire.
