My approach is integrative and collaborative. I provide a confidential, and regular space, bringing my skills and attention to support you explore what troubles you.

I have a number of years experience of working with clients from many different backgrounds with a range of issues including depression and anxiety; bereavement and loss; life transitions, trauma and relationship difficulties.

I practice in Queens Park, Kilburn, London NW6. Within easy reach of Kensal Rise, Harlesden, Willesden Green, Cricklewood, Maida Vale and surrounding areas. I offer long or short term counselling according to need. This can be discussed in an initial session.

As well as in private practice, I work as a trauma recovery counsellor in a West London women’s’ orgnisation.

I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics. I attend regular professional clinical supervision.
