I am a person-centred counsellor, working within an established approach which places you at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. I am committed to hearing and understanding your perspective and experience of yourself, your relationships and your world.

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space where it is hoped you will begin to feel able to work through whatever is troubling or of concern for you.

A relationship based on mutual and shared trust encourages the development of greater levels of self awareness and an opportunity for you to explore different ways forward that feel more growthful and satisfying.
