I am an experienced and qualified counsellor, registered with BACP, working in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Perhaps life or relationships tougher than usual, or you feel like you’ve come to a full stop. If you are feeling down, stressed, overwhelmed, or are stuck coping with problems that seem hopeless, it could help to talk things through in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. It’s often the most difficult thing to know ourselves and ’see the wood for the trees’. I believe that talking about what’s going on and being listened to, accepted, appreciated and supported, can help us to find what’s best for us, and often find a way forward that fits us better and allows us to be true to ourselves. Past or present experiences of depression, abuse, bad relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress… all these are issues that may have dragged you down, but that can be worked on and overcome.I am trained in integrative counselling, based on a Person-Centred approach. That means I will always be led by you, and rather than imposing solutions on you, we will work together to find what feels right and good for you personally. ’Integrative’ means bringing together various therapeutic approaches which offer us a pallet of different and useful methods, so that together we can choose ways that work for you.
