How I work
As a humanistic therapist I work relationally with people, focusing on the here-and-now meeting with you, allowing our contact in the present to lead us to issues of concern. I believe healing comes through meeting and people regaining a sense of connection with who they are in the world. We all get lost at times in our life and need support to regain our strength and stability. Therefore having a space where you can explore your issues and feel met and understood is essential. My aim is for you to feel listened to in an environment of respect, genuineness and acceptance. This involves working with you as a whole person, both mind, body and soul, so you can arrive at a place of growth and greater awareness.

I offer an experienced, professional and confidential service and aim to provide counselling and psychotherapy to Individuals from all walks of life, irrespective of sexuality, race, culture or beliefs.

Before agreeing to commence counselling or therapy I will always arrange an Initial preliminary meeting with you so you can discuss your needs, if it is short term focused work you are wanting or longer term more in depth psychotherapy. This session allows a space so we can meet each other and decide if it feels right to continue. Sessions always last for 50 minutes and will be pre-booked.
