A variety of issues may have brought you to consider therapy, and I am able to support you to explore your individuality and also offer you a safe space to process your thoughts and emotions. I offer a none judgemental approach where we work to your aspirations, facilitating personal growth and sooth healing. Clients I work with may experience anxiety, depression, mental health difficulties, low self esteem, low self worth, PTSD, historic trauma, be adult survivors of child abuse or other emotional issues. I work with both men and women, and I am also experienced in working with clients who identify within the LGBT+ community.
My work is focused on the here and now, although you may be brought to therapy due to effects of things which may have happened in the past I will work with you to heal the you in the present day and make a healthier future. This way of working is beneficial for those wanting to sooth past traumas, learn more about themselves and grow their self awareness.
Within therapy you will be able to be you, and by being true to yourself we can look personal growth, improve your wellbeing and develop your self-awareness allowing you to be who you want to be.
