Working together, at your pace, with my support and encouragement, I aim to help you understand your difficulties more clearly, or from a different perspective. This process can involve acceptance of what you cannot change in your life, and discovering what positive changes you can make. Helping you to decide, with confidence, how best to move forward with your life.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, low-self-esteem, and those experiencing significant life issues such as bereavement and loss, bullying, relationship breakdowns, and work-related stress.
