I am an experienced, professionally qualified, person centred counsellor. I fully appreciate how isolating it can be to be struggling with things and It’s very important to me to offer a safe and non judgemental environment, in which you can talk and be heard in order to explore what’s going on for you.

I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical codes and practice.

With experience working in charities, agencies, schools and in Private Practice, I have worked with individual Adults, Couples, Teens and Children. I can help you deal with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, self esteem issues,loss, bereavement, bullying,  relationship difficulties, trauma,  infertility, miscarriage, addiction, isolation, abuse, rape and domestic violence.

I believe that there is always something new to learn and make a commitment to on-going professional development in different areas and undertake regular clinical supervision.

Available for evenings and during office hours, I work with clients of all ages on an individual basis dealing with a wide range of issues. The length of time clients work with me varies according to the needs of each person and includes both longer term therapeutic work as well as short term solution focused counselling.
