Counselling is a ‘talking therapy’.

Ashlie helps people come to terms with any problems they are facing.

She empowers people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment with an ultimate aim of overcoming them.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a skilled verbal communication than can be applied to a wide range of medical, dental and psychological problems.

Ashlie uses hypnosis to help direct a person’s imagination to bring about their desired changes in sensations, perceptions, feelings, thoughts and behaviour.

FEES
1 Hour Session £60

PAYMENT
Cash / Cheque at the end of each session.

CANCELLATIONS
Providing you give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, there will be no charge and a full refund will be given when an advance payment has been made.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, will be charged at the full session rate.
