Sometimes it can help to talk things over with a friendly professional who is trained to support you. I offer a chance for a calm pause and therapeutic space to talk things over.

In counselling, you choose which issues to discuss. We work together to explore your concerns. I am able to work with a wide range of issues. I work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy code of ethics for practice. All client issues are treated with sensitivity and respect.

Counselling is offered face to face but can take place via telephone or Skype if preferred.

Student concessions are available.
