Offering a whole-hearted, understanding methodology, with an emphasis on genuineness and tolerance, creating a safe space to talk. Being able to share your anguish with another can help lift its weight, and let you take a fresh look at your problems.

As Counsellors, we believe all individuals are born with the skill to lead full and worthwhile lives. Sometimes, we can get stuck, becoming uncertain how to get going again. We see our role as offering a safe place to discover, understand, and develop ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Counselling is a healing exchange, which listens in a rounded way, and nurtures ways of living a richer life.

Our time spent together is confidential and I can offer you a safe a therapeutic environment where you can talk about what’s on your mind, explore your feelings and just be, without any expectations or judgment.

For a number of years I have worked within an organisation close to Leicester’s city centre providing counselling for vulnerable adults and teenagers from a diverse background who have suffered with trauma, abuse and mental health issues.

I feel passionate about the work I do and the service I provide to my clients and regularly attend supervision to ensure my clients have the experience of counselling that they deserve.

I am also a qualified person centred counsellor and a member of the BACP.
