ADL Psychotherapy

I offer experienced, caring, respectful and insightful counselling and psychotherapy.  A wide range of issues can be explored, including anxiety, depression, unresolved issues of the past, grief and loss, relationship issues, uncertainty, family or work challenges.  Her approach is integrative and transpersonal, which means that the approach taken will be heartfelt, spiritually conscious and sensitive to the needs of the individual.
