With 20 years experience and 10 years of training in a range of therapeutic approaches (to Master’s level), I’ve helped people to work through many of the issues which life throws at us. I’ve supported people to process trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties and much more.

I offer individual and relationship counselling in person and by phone and internet.

I work from a quiet and comfortable base and am also able to do home visits by arrangement.
