As a qualified and registered Person-Centred counsellor, I work with people to deal with, overcome their problems and cope with tough situations by providing a safe, warm confidential and non-judgemental environment in which to contemplate their emotional state, because quite simply sometimes life can be just too much.

I believe it’s all about empathy, respect and patience. Rather than offering advise, I will work together with clients to empower them to come to their own decisions.

With previous clients we have worked through various types of difficulties, from alcohol, substance abuse, health issues to work related stress, bereavement and relationship problems.
