I’m a counsellor and hypnotherapist who specialises in anxiety, anger management and weight loss. I also deal with many other issues such as relationships, self esteem, bereavement and phobias. I work with adults, young people and couples. As a fully qualified and experienced therapist, I offer a private, confidential, professional service. I have an informal, friendly approach and aim to help you feel at ease throughout the process. My practice is based in a quiet area, in a comfortable therapy room with plenty of convenient parking outside.

I have a friendly informal approach and do my best to put you at ease, as I realise that coming to see a counsellor can sometimes be quite a daunting thought.
I adapt my approach to suit your needs. I have several courses specially designed to help with anxiety, stress, chronic pain, weight-loss and confidence.
I am very interested in holistic health; over the years I have adopted a healthy lifestyle which has helped me to feel increasingly healthy and full of energy. I have followed a ‘rawfood’ diet for many years and I am often to be found in the kitchen creating smoothies, juices, and other raw concoctions. I am also a qualified Yoga teacher.
I have also worked for many years as a professional singer, which is why I love to help people gain confidence in stage performance and other areas, using hypnotherapy and counselling.
