I am a BACP Registered Counsellor who works with both adults and young people.  I have been practising as a Counsellor for many years in the Boroughs of Bexley and Bromley.

I am currently offering both online/telephone and face to face appointments.

There are times in our lives when we feel unable to cope. Problems arise and we may need help and space to think though ways of moving forward or sorting out events. It may be painful memories from the past, events in the present or worries about the future. Whatever the issues are, Counselling can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings and help facilitate change.

I can help you to make sense of how you’re feeling, make sense of what’s happening on your life and help you to make the changes you want to make.

I am committed to providing Counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work  Integratively, which means I am trained     in a number of ways of working; my aim is to work with the skills I have to best meet your individual needs.

I have considerable experience in working with both adults and young people ages 8-18yrs, in settings such as the NHS, Mental Health Services, GP setting, Schools, Colleges, Social Care and in private practice.

I can provide both short and long term therapy. Some of the issues I have experience in helping clients with include;
