Anne Twyford Counselling

I qualified as a counsellor in 2008.  I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with concerns such as anxiety, bereavement, depression, abuse, domestic violence, loss, depression, relationships, trauma and eating concerns.

I also have experience in working with adults who are are seeking Personal Development.

I am trained in Integrative Counselling which means that I am trained in the three main approaches and am able to use my knowledge and experience to tailor my approach to Counselling to suit the individual person.
