Shital is a qualified Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Shital completed her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at Roehampton University where she trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Person Centred therapy.
Shital provides a secure, safe, confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic space for you to explore your difficulties. She believes that establishing a good therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect enables you to reach whatever goals you set out to achieve.
Shital has extensive experience and knowledge in working with adults on a one to one basis and in groups in the NHS Primary Care Psychological Therapies, voluntary and private sector providing her with excellent skills in working with a wide range of emotional difficulties such as:

Shital offers long term and short term therapy; this depends on the presenting problems and can be discussed in the assessment session.
