I offer confidential face to face counselling in a comfortable setting at my home in Horsmonden, Kent. I am an experienced counsellor working with adults and young people and a member of the BACP. As a member of the BACP I am bound by their strict code of ethics and attend regular clinical supervision to ensure I am working to the best of my ability

.I work Integratively, which means I use different counseling approaches according to the needs of my client. These may include Pyschodynamics, CBT, Gestalt interventions, Person Centred approach, creative interventions.
