I am a qualified (Dip.C) counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I believe that different clients have different needs and this is why I offer an integrative approach to counselling.

Counselling offers a safe space to talk or think about your worries or difficulties. It helps to explore your feelings and looks at how you may wish to change things in your life.

Counselling may be helpful for:

Resolving problems
Making choices
Coping with changes
Gaining insight and understanding
Improving your relationship with others
Working through difficult feelings
