I can give you non-judgemental, supportive environment to help you work through your thoughts and feelings and live a life which is more fulfilling. It can be very difficult to work through problems and concerns while they whirl around your head. Counselling (or "therapy") provides a calm and confidential space and time to sort out your thoughts and feelings, identifying changes you would like to make and developing skills needed to manage. Counselling is all about you and the choices you can make.

I have a special interest in and experience of working with young people (age 16-25). I am also particularly interested in working with people with disabilities, especially "invisible" disabilities such as fibromyalgia, CFS/ME and EDS.
My fee is £35 per 50 minute session.
