Life doesn't get any easier does it? Juggling work, relationships and family can be stressful and confusing, leaving us feeling emotionally drained.
Sometimes the harder we work to please others, the tougher we are on ourselves. This can make us feel less than good enough.
Deeper feelings of anxiety, sadness and anger are painful and scary, so we become very good at burying them until they build up and overwhelm us. If you are experiencing feelings that are hard to manage I can help you.
I am a person centred counsellor and member of the BACP, with particular experience working with anxiety, managing and understanding anger and helping people cope with life after loss.
During our sessions, I will listen to you carefully and try to understand the world from your perspective. I can help you to reflect on the feelings you have about yourself and understand how those deep rooted opinions, along with your life experiences, have affected your self confidence and influenced the way you relate to others.
By unpicking these aspects of yourself, you can begin to heal what is painful and discard or reframe beliefs that have been holding you back!
