I believe in giving people of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to speak and share their concerns in life. For some, they may not have the chance or confidence to speak up and express their feelings. Some people don’t know how to, they just know that something is wrong but don’t know where to start or can’t identify with what issue they want to explore initially.

I feel passionate about giving back to clients what I have learnt experientially. I have experience in working with a range of issues, specifically with women who have suffered domestic abuse, relationship difficulties and family matters.

I offer a free 30 minute assessment which gives the client and myself the opportunity to see if we feel able to work together. If the client chooses to book subsequent sessions they can be assured to receive open-ended counselling giving the client the freedom to have as many sessions as they wish with regular reviews on the therapy. I work using a Person-Centred approach which focuses entirely on the client and their agenda.
Each session lasts for an hour, is charged at £45 which is payable by cash or bank transfer, and is held in my therapy room in my garden.
