You may be looking on here for yourself, for a family member or for a friend; it may be because of painful events or difficulties that have caused stress, depression or anxiety, or perhaps feelings of fear, sadness or anger. There are times when we all need someone to talk to, someone who is respectful and will listen without assumptions or judgment, who is understanding and can help find a way to resolve those feelings that are interfering with your enjoyment of life and relationships.
My training includes Clinical CBT, EMDR and Embodied Trauma Therapy and I have helped people with many of life\'s problems and difficulties including working safely and effectively with those suffering distressing or traumatising experiences. In both short and longer term work, I will ensure we review and check at regular intervals how our work together is progressing.
