I work from my 'little blue shed' in the bottom of my garden. It's a very private and confidential space, where I can support you in looking at areas of your life which you no longer find easy, or would just like to look at more closely.

I offer individual therapy on a short or longer term basis. I use an integrative approach to counselling, and believe our working relationship is very important and we will use this to try to bring about holistic change for you.

I am also a qualified clinical supervisor, working with both trainees and supervisors

Every client is different, so you will bring your own issues, but here are a few of the areas you might like to explore with me:

Relationships; anxiety; depression; bereavement/loss; general feelings of discontentment/frustration; feelings of isolation; illness; anger; sexuality; or personal growth and development; Childhood trauma/abuse

I am a BACP accredited therapist, also registered on the accredited register for the BACP. I adhere to their framework, so I undertake regular supervision, and carry out ongoing CPD (further education).

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, as well as a Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Supervision.

I worked for several years for a not-for-profit company in Canterbury, and now also have an established private practice where I practice in River, near Dover

You're welcome to message or email. I can't always answer immediately, if in sessions, or out, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. Once you make contact, we can arrange to have an initial session, where I would take time to find out what you'd like help with, and to discuss with you a way of working that would suit you.

My current fee is £40 per therapeutic hour, which is 50 minutes.
