Hello, my name is Angela and I would like to welcome you to Jasmine Counselling.

Life can be a daunting path to tread and when faced with difficult challenges and issues we can all feel overwhelmed, lose sight of who we are and what holds true meaning for us. Whether you are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Abuse, Bereavement and Loss, Relationship or Self- Esteem issues these can be explored together to help you understand your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling can provide time and space to gain greater insight into your situation. This can enable you to make choices, resolve issues and bring about change or acceptance of experiences you may be finding hard to come to terms with.

I realise that taking the first step to contact me maybe daunting especially if you have never tried counselling before. As trust is central to the counselling relationship it is important for you to feel sure that we can work effectively together. I am, therefore, happy to offer an initial consultation where we can explore if counselling would be beneficial for you.

I am a member of the BACP and work according to their Codes of Ethics. I have an enhanced CRB.Over the past few years I have worked with a variety of organisations who provide counselling including Cruse where I am a qualified Bereavement Counsellor and continue to offer my services to them on a voluntary basis.
