Counselling Oasis

Our counselling are spacious and comfortable, situated in city centre. We offer a service that is confidential and non-judgemental. We work with the following issues: Abuse (emotional/physical), Addictions, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, and Trauma… This list is by no means exhaustive, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

FREE CONSULTATION: Either in our counselling room or in your home, lasting up to 30 minutes.This is an opportunity for you to meet your counsellor to discuss any of your concerns or worries.The counsellor will explain the counselling process and discuss costs etc.

HOME VISITS: Highland Region: one of our counsellors will meet you in your home for your counselling session.We believe that everyone should be able to access counselling. You may have a physical/mental issue that may mean you find it difficult to attend our counselling room. We cover a forty mile radius of Inverness. Please feel free to contact us to see if your address is in our working area.

We are experienced and qualified counsellors. We are members of either BACP/COSCA, fully engaging with their ethical codes of practise. Sean Cowan, the practice founder, is an experienced counsellor, gaining his Post-Graduate Diploma in Person-Centre Counselling. Also. gaining his Accreditation with Alcohol Focus Scotland.
