I see a vast array of presenting issues, depression, trauma, dissatisfaction with life but its who we are in these times that is my focus. We work together to understand your challenges, your triggers & how to navigate through them into a better quality of life. At the centre of my work is the need for all my clients to be heard, given a space & respected.
