I am a Qualified and Experienced Counsellor working with both Adult and Teenage clients. In our sessions we will work together on the areas in your life that are causing you current pain, dissatisfaction or distress to help you regain your sense of strength, confidence and clarity and move forward. Whatever you are feeling and however confused, distressed, unsure or ashamed you are in this present moment, I will offer you a safe and accepting space to share and explore these feelings.
No two people are the same no matter what the experience or diagnosis and my approach works with the whole person rather than just the issue. As well as working with Adults I work with Young people over the age of 13.
Sessions are available in Tring Hertfordshire and Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.
