I offer a safe and confidential space to talk through your worries and difficulties. Life can be tough sometimes and being able to talk to someone who will not judge you, but listen and support can really help see a new perspective and some clarity on things. Sometimes the thought of counselling can be daunting, but it really can help to clear the mind and help you to move on to a more peaceful and calm life.

I have over 10 years experience of working with young people and adults suffering with anxiety, depression, stress, mental ill health and relationship difficulties. I offer 60 minute weekly sessions for a long as you need to help you to work how you can cope better in your life and with those around you.

I am happy to talk about anything you would like to discuss in a no judgemental, safe and confidential space. I have extensive experience working with MIND the mental health charity and currently with Relate the relationship people, and am now a supervisor of other counsellors too. I am also a school counsellor in a local “outstanding” secondary school
