I follow the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Good Practice’, in short this means that you can trust the service I provide and that it will be to a high quality and professional standard.

My background in the Holistic field started in 2001 presently holding numerous modalities such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) to name a few. Personally, I have gained so much out of my life from learning all these therapies, that it seemed a natural progression to transfer my knowledge to empower and help others.
